As Black women navigating the dual worlds of executive leadership and ADHD (and dyslexia), we explore the layers of complexity, resilience, and vulnerability that come with breaking stereotypes and challenging expectations. This conversation is a raw, honest reflection on the highs and lows of our journeys—offering insights, solidarity, and a reminder that we’re never alone in the struggle or the triumph.

This conversation opened my mind on the subject matter. Supporting me to develop a better understanding of Black females behavior. My view of this conversation is that it was very interesting and useful and it will support my to understand why some black females behave as they do.
